Client Registration - Book Your Appointment Thank you for looking at an appointment with Botanical Veterinary Care.

Now you are five simple steps away from your first appointment with us!

  1. Fill out your details and agree to our terms and conditions to become a registered client. Congratulations, now you’re part of the family!
  2. Follow your email invitation to log onto our client care portal at care.botanicalvet.com 
  3. Email Miriam at hello@botanicalvet.com to arrange your appointment. This is the primary contact method.
  4. Look out for important email instructions. These must be completed prior to your appointment. These may include your invoice*, your animal’s details, a questionnaire, and any other information we need to gather before seeing you.
  5. Enjoy your first appointment with Miriam! We can’t wait to see you.

*Please note, invoices must be paid within 48 hours of booking or your appointment will be cancelled.
